Delete your POPINID account

From the app or the website, at any time.

In the app

  1. Open the POPINID app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in at popin.id.
  2. Open Dashboard → Settings.
  3. Choose Deactivate Account and confirm.

What happens next

  • Your profile is hidden straight away.
  • You have 30 days to change your mind: sign in and choose Reactivate Account.
  • We email you a reminder 7 days before the end.
  • After 30 days your account is permanently deleted: your username, profile, photo, links, contacts, scanned cards, and your account and sign-in details.

What we keep

If you bought a paid plan or a short username on the website, we keep the purchase record (name, email, plan, amount and payment reference) because accounting law requires it. Nothing else is kept.

Subscribed through Apple? Deleting your account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Can't sign in? Send us a request through the contact form and we will delete the account for you.
