POPINID is your digital business card. Instead of giving someone your phone number, email, three social media handles, and a website separately, you share one URL — popin.id/yourname — that holds everything. They tap Save Contact, and you're saved into their phone. Or they scan your QR code and the same thing happens. No typing. No paper. One click.

Linktree was built to hold your social media links. POPINID was built to be a digital business card. The difference shows up in the Save Contact button — anyone visiting your POPINID profile can save you to their phone Contacts in one tap, including your photo, name, country, phone, email, website, and social links. Linktree doesn't do that. Plus, every POPINID profile gets a QR code by default, free.

Anyone who exchanges contact info regularly. Founders, freelancers, consultants, restaurant owners, doctors, event organizers, sales teams, anyone going to a meeting or networking event. If you've ever typed your phone, email, and Instagram into someone's phone manually, POPINID replaces that with one tap.

Go to popin.id/signup, choose a username (six or more characters, lowercase letters and numbers), and create your profile. The whole thing takes under two minutes. You'll be asked for a display name, an optional bio, your country, and a profile photo. Adding a real photo is strongly recommended — it makes your card look professional, helps people recognize you, and makes them far more likely to save your contact when they can see your face. After that, you add links and contact info.

Yes. Creating a profile, claiming your username, the QR code, the Save Contact button, and adding links — all free, no time limit. We may add optional paid features in the future for businesses (custom domains, branded analytics, that kind of thing), but the core digital business card will always stay free.

Your username is the part of your URL — popin.id/ali means the username is ali. It's unique and can't be taken by anyone else. Your display nameis what people see at the top of your profile — like "Ali Almoosawi." It can be anything, including spaces and special characters, and it doesn't have to be unique.

Right now, one account holds one profile. Multi-profile support — useful if you want a personal card and a separate business card under the same login — is on our roadmap and coming soon. If you need two profiles today, you can sign up with a second email.

Save Contact lets anyone visiting your profile add you to their phone Contacts with one tap. It generates a vCard (the standard format used by iPhone Contacts and Android Contacts) containing your name, photo, country, phone, email, website, and social links. They tap Save Contact, confirm, and you're in their phone.

Every profile comes with a QR code anyone can scan to open your link. Tap the QR icon next to Save Contact on your profile and it expands fullscreen — perfect for showing on your phone screen when you meet someone in person. Their camera scans it, opens your profile, and they save you instantly. No app to download.

Founding Members are the first 100 POPINID users to add a profile photo to their account. They get a red star badge displayed next to their name on their public profile, marking them as part of POPINID's earliest community. The badge stays with you for the lifetime of your account.

Sign up and add a profile photo while there are still slots available. Founding Member status is granted automatically — there's nothing to apply for. Once 100 users have qualified, the badge is no longer available to new accounts.

Yes. Founding Member is a count-based status, and if a member fully deletes their account, the slot becomes available for the next eligible user. The next user in signup order with a photo gets the badge automatically. If they don't have a photo yet, they get an email inviting them to add one within 48 hours to claim the spot.

Once granted, your badge is yours. Changing your username, swapping your photo, or even removing your photo entirely doesn't take it away.

Your profile is public by default — that's the point of a digital business card. Anyone with your link can view your profile and save your contact. You can unpublish your profile at any time from the dashboard, which makes the URL inaccessible until you republish.

Anyone who visits your published profile can see whatever contact info you've added (phone, email, website, social links). Don't add a phone number you don't want public. POPINID is designed for sharing — if a piece of info shouldn't be visible, don't add it.

Yes. Account deletion is coming soon as part of a deactivation flow — you'll be able to deactivate first (hides your profile, lets you return), then permanently delete. Today, if you need an account removed, contact us.

The information you choose to add to your profile (name, photo, bio, country, contact info, links). We use page analytics to understand traffic patterns. We don't sell your data, ever. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Arabic support is in active development. The interface, signup flow, and dashboard will be available in Arabic. To get notified when it ships, click "العربية" in the header and join the waitlist.

Coming soon. Paste your Linktree URL, we automatically import your avatar, bio, and links into your POPINID profile.

Possibly, for businesses. We may introduce optional paid features for teams, custom domains, advanced analytics, or branded experiences. The core POPINID profile (username, bio, links, Save Contact, QR code, Founding Member badge if eligible) will always remain free for individual users.

POPINID works on every modern phone via the browser, no app installation required. You can also save POPINID to your phone's home screen for one-tap access — just visit your own profile in Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android), tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen." It opens fullscreen like a real app, no download needed.
