What POP IN ID Is

POP IN ID is a software service that lets you create a public profile, manage professional links, share a digital contact card, and related features. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who Can Use POP IN ID

You need to be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live (typically 18, or 16+ where local law allows with guardian involvement). You promise that the information you give us is accurate and that you won't impersonate someone else or create accounts for abusive purposes.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Let us know right away at hello@popin.id if you think someone else has accessed your account. You can delete your account at any time; we'll remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Content

You own what you put on your profile (bio, links, images, and other content). To run the service, you give POP IN ID a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate POP IN ID (for example, showing your public page to visitors and sending transactional emails you request).

You confirm you have the right to post your content and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights or the law.

Acceptable Use

Don't use POP IN ID to break the law, harass people, spread malware, phish, spam, scrape the service in a way that harms performance, or try to break into our systems or other users' accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the platform.

Third-Party Services

We rely on providers such as Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare, and Vercel. Optional sign-in via Google or LinkedIn is subject to those companies' terms as well. A future maps feature may use Mapbox. Their use of data is governed by their own policies.

Service Changes and Availability

We improve POP IN ID over time: features may change, move between beta and general availability, or occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access but we work to keep the service reliable.

Disclaimers

POP IN ID is provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't warrant that every feature will meet every use case or that the service will never have bugs. You use POP IN ID at your own risk; you're responsible for how you use your public profile and links.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, POP IN ID and its team aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages (like lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD), except where the law doesn't allow that cap.

Governing Law

POP IN ID is operated from Kuwait. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Kuwait have primary jurisdiction for disputes, except that consumers in other countries may have mandatory rights under their local laws that we don't override here.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, when changes matter, we'll try to let you know by email or in the product. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
