How POPINID works

1. 1Sign up with your email and pick your username: popin.id/yourname.
2. 2Add your photo, title, phone and links in Edit profile.
3. 3Tap View to see your card the way visitors see it.

Where: Dashboard → Edit

1. 1Copy your link from the dashboard, or open QR Codes.
2. 2Download the QR and put it on your desk, badge or packaging.
3. 3Anyone who scans it can save your contact in one tap.

Where: Dashboard → QR Codes

1. 1On the dashboard, tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
2. 2Your card sits in your phone wallet with its QR code.
3. 3Show it to anyone; they scan it and save you.

Where: Dashboard → Carry your card in your phone

1. 1Open Email Signature and pick a layout.
2. 2Copy it and paste it into your Gmail or Outlook settings.
3. 3Every email you send links back to your card.

Where: Dashboard → Email Signature

1. 1Open Short name and type the name you want, 1 to 5 letters.
2. 2See the yearly price and pay.
3. 3Your card moves to the short name at once.

1. 1In Edit profile, set your card type to Company.
2. 2Open Team and invite people by their POPINID username.
3. 3Each person accepts from their own Settings. Their photo appears under your company name.

1. 1Leads is on as soon as you are on Business.
2. 2Visitors tap Contact me and leave their name and number.
3. 3Each lead arrives by email and waits in Leads, ready to export.

Where: Dashboard → Leads

1. 1Open Branding and pick your brand colour.
2. 2Turn on Brand my team’s cards: their cards wear your background and show Works at.
3. 3Fill in the team signature and email it to the team. Each person copies theirs in one tap.

1. 1Open Hours and locations and set your working days and hours.
2. 2Add each branch with its address and map link.
3. 3Your card shows whether you are open now, and every branch with directions.

Where: Dashboard → Hours and locations

1. 1Open Menu and add a section, like Coffee or Main dishes.
2. 2Add items with a photo, price and short description.
3. 3Turn on pickup, delivery or table orders, then save.

Where: Dashboard → Menu

1. 1Add your WhatsApp number in Menu settings.
2. 2Visitors pick items and send the order. It opens in WhatsApp, already written.
3. 3Every order is also kept in Orders, where you mark it done.

Where: Dashboard → Orders

1. 1In Menu, type your store address and tap Connect.
2. 2Pick the collections to show. Each becomes a section.
3. 3Prices, photos and stock update every day on their own.
